Potato Salad Recipe

Quarter and boil 800gm of small potatoes. Dice 200gm bacon and 4 spring onions. Fry in pan until bacon is cooked. Hard boil 4x eggs and quarter when done. Dice one cup of spinach leaves. Combine in bowl with 1 cup of aioli or garlic & feta dressing. CONSUME!

Home grown perpetual spinach which myself and the cockatiels consume. And some insects. The insect eaten ones go to the birds.
