It’s been over a week since my last blog post, so I thought I’d just touch base and say hi. I’m trying to get some reading done, but computers keep getting in my way. So I thought I’d share what books I’m reading and books I’ve just ordered. I’m really tired, so instead of writing about high tech, this is a low tech post!

In Cold Blood – Truman Capote

I decided it was time to read some classics.

To Kill A Mockingbird – Harper Lee

Never read this, but this kind of novel always appeals. Again, one of the classics I’m electing to read.

The Other Queen – Phillipa Gregory

I love historical fiction, especially that set around the tudor court era. I find Henry VIII a very fascinating man and how the “bastard” child Anne Boleyn bore him went on to rule and change the course of history (woman becoming queen etc, blah blah)

Predictably Irrational – Dan Ariely

I’m not usually one for the non-fiction, but this book looks very intriging and I’m always one for learning new things and while I have a sound understanding economics, this looks like a logical way to extend that for me. I can’t wait for it to arrive!

The Digital Photography Book II – Scott Kelby

Scott Kelby is a photoshop/photography god. I have his first book and the techniques for photography are awesome. If you have a digital camera and you’re halfway serious about your photography, I suggest you buy his books. Book III is due out in August. Ooooo I can’t wait!

So, there it is. What I’m reading at the moment. I’ve got a lot ahead of me, but I have lots of time as well.
